My.Host processes personal data on our behalf<br\/>and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use<br\/>of services. These are not personal data. My.Host has appropriate technical and organizational<br\/>taken measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. My.Host is on<br\/>obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Kinsta<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>We purchase part web hosting from Kinsta for extra fast hosting. Kinsta processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Kinsta is at<br\/>obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>E-mail and mailing lists<\/strong><br\/><em>Active Campaign<\/em>  <\/p>\n\n<p>We send our email newsletters with Active Campaign. Active Campaign will never use your name and email address for its own<br\/>purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the<br\/>&#8216;unsubscribe&#8217; link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data will be used by Active Campaign<br\/>stored securely. Mijn.Host does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>Invoicing and accounting<\/strong><br\/><em>E-Bookkeeping<\/em><br\/>E-Bookkeeping: For keeping our records and accounts, we use the services of e-bookkeeping. We share your name, address and residence information and details related to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. e-bookkeeping is committed to confidentiality and will keep your information confidential. e-bookkeeping does not use your personal information for purposes other than those described above.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bean Administrations<br\/>Accounting is done by <a href=\"http:\/\/boonadministraties.nl\/\">Boon Administrations<\/a>. They, too, are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and will handle it with care.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><em><strong>Purpose of data processing<br\/><\/strong><\/em><br\/><strong>General purpose of processing<\/strong><br\/>We use your information solely for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of the<br\/>processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your information for<br\/>(targeted) marketing.
